• Use Tudu only for lawful purposes and personal, non‑commercial use.
• Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or bypass our security or limits.
• Do not include personal data—especially about children—in prompts.
• If you are under the age required by your jurisdiction, use Tudu under a parent/guardian’s supervision.

2. AI‑Generated Content

• Stories may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable in all contexts. Review before sharing with children.
• We may apply moderation and safety filters and may refuse or adjust inputs.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or availability.

3. Purchases and Credits

• We may offer free credits and paid options. Each story may consume credits.
• Except where required by law, purchases are non‑refundable. For help, contact info@everydayapps.eu.

4. Privacy

Your use of Tudu is subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimers and Liability

• Tudu is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to Tudu will not exceed the amount you paid to use Tudu in the 12 months before the claim or €10, whichever is greater.

6. Termination and Changes

• We may suspend or end access for misuse, legal, or safety reasons. You may stop using Tudu at any time.
• We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use means you accept the changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Mandatory consumer protections of your country may also apply.
