This Policy explains how Teineteine OÜ ("we") handles information when you use Tudu (the iOS app and its backend). We collect only what we need to operate, secure, and improve Tudu. We do not sell your personal data.

1. What We Collect

Account and app information needed to operate Tudu.
Basic usage and purchase information to manage access and support.
Story content generated for your account.

Avoid including personal data—especially about children—in prompts.

2. How We Use Information

Provide and secure Tudu, including abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
Generate stories and manage credits and purchases.
Improve features and reliability.

3. Sharing

Service providers (e.g., hosting, authentication, AI) process data under our instructions.
Legal or safety requirements when necessary.
We do not sell your personal data.

4. AI Providers

We use AI APIs to generate stories and send only minimal prompt data needed for that purpose. Do not include personal data in prompts.

5. Security and Retention

We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep information only as long as needed to provide Tudu and for legitimate legal or business purposes.

6. Children

Tudu is meant to be used by parents/guardians with children. Do not include personal data about children in prompts.

7. Your Rights
